I am so grateful that I came across this business! The customer service is wonderful. Ray responded to all my calls and text immediately. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and wants to make sure that you have a quality finished product. He produces great work in a short period of time. Will definitely be a returning customer. -Devoted Care Support Services

Extremely disappointing experience with R&R Customs. I used this company recently for two important events for my child, and both times timelines were missed, requested services were ignored, and communication was curt. Despite paying up front, I was repeatedly given excuses, blamed for internal errors, and promised resolutions that never happened. Ray (the owner) assured me multiple times he would “make it right,” but failed to follow through. Interestingly, my $500 payment ($300 for the first order that was wrong and $200 for the second order that was wrong) processed without issue, but my requests and event needs did not receive the same attention. If you have a significant or time-sensitive event, I strongly recommend using another company. I am currently exploring legal options regarding the promises and commitments that were made and not honored.

R & R Custom Creations Inc. is the real deal. Ray and his team delivered my custom shirts in 48 hours, and the quality spoke for itself. From start to finish, Ray was easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. You can tell he takes pride in his craft and his community. If you need custom printing done right, with a fast turnaround and an owner who actually cares, look no further. Highly recommend supporting this local gem.

I had an amazing experience with R&R Customs from beginning to end. The gentleman who answered the phone walked me through the entire process and made everything seamless. Even with a last-minute order, they delivered without hesitation. The graphic completely surpassed my expectations and the quality was top notch. Everything was produced quickly and shipped out right away. I highly recommend R&R Customs and will definitely be using them again!

Really good service. He responds quickly, gave me a good price, and had the shirts ready faster than I expected. Everything came out exactly how I wanted. Would definitely recommend.
